11. Who are Home Reset Visits suitable for?

Home Reset Visits are perfect for busy households, parents, shift workers, neurodiverse households, elderly owners, or anyone who could use an extra pair of hands from time to time.

7. What if I need to cancel?

We understand things happen!

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance – no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours – the full amount may still be charged.
This helps me manage our schedule and other clients fairly.

8. What happens if there’s an emergency?

If your pet becomes unwell or injured, i'll try to contact you or your emergency contact immediately.
If i can’t reach anyone, I’ll act in your pet’s best interests and may take them to a local vet for treatment following professional advice.

9. Do you walk puppies?

Yes! I offer puppy drop-in visits to help with toilet breaks, feeding, enrichment, playtime and socialisation while they're too young for walks.

Puppies shouldn't be walked until they've reached an appropriate age and are fully vaccinated. Once they're ready, I follow the 5-minute rule as a guide – around 5 minutes of formal walking per month of age, up to twice a day. This helps support healthy growth and development while avoiding over-exercising young joints.

Every puppy is different, so visits and walks are always tailored to their individual needs.

10. Can i book a home reset without owning a pet?
Absolutely! Although many of my clients have pets, Home Reset Visits and Home Checks are available to anyone who would like an extra pair of hands around the home.

11. Who are Home Reset Visits suitable for?

Home Reset Visits are perfect for busy households, parents, shift workers, neurodiverse households, elderly owners, or anyone who could use an extra pair of hands from time to time.

11. Do i need to book a regular cleaner?

Not at all! Home Reset Visits can be booked as a one-off or on a regular basis, depending on what works best for you.

11. Can you combine pet care and household tasks?

Absolutely! If time allows, I can combine services such as feeding pets, letting dogs into the garden, watering plants, bringing in post or completing household tasks during the same visit.

11. What are Home & Holiday Checks?

If you're away from home, I can visit to bring in post and parcels, water plants, put bins in or out, carry out a visual security check and help keep your home looking occupied while you're away.

11. What is a Home Rest Visit?

This is probably your biggest one now!

Home Reset Visits are designed to give you an extra pair of hands. They don't have to be a full house clean or a regular commitment. Visits can include general cleaning, laundry, bed changes, tidying, emptying the dishwasher and other household tasks, all tailored to your needs.
