1. What areas do you cover?

3. Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes! Paws On Sea is fully insured, DBS checked, and pet first aid trained for your peace of mind.
4. How do I book a service?
You can contact us directly through our website, social media, or by email.
Before your first booking, we’ll ask you to complete an introduction form so we can learn more about your pet’s routine, health, and preferences.
5. How does payment work?
- Dog walking – Payment is due on or before the day of the walk, or weekly by invoice if you have regular bookings.
- Pet sitting – A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the start date.
Payments can be made online via card or BACS transfer.
6. What if I need to cancel?
We understand things happen!
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance – no charge.
- Less than 24 hours – the full amount may still be charged.
This helps us manage our schedule and other clients fairly.
7. What happens if there’s an emergency?
If your pet becomes unwell or injured, we’ll try to contact you or your emergency contact immediately.
If we can’t reach anyone, we’ll act in your pet’s best interests and may take them to a local vet for treatment — following professional advice.
8. Can I meet you before booking?
Absolutely! We offer a free meet and greet before your first booking.
It’s a great chance for us to meet you and your pet, discuss their needs, and make sure we’re a perfect fit.
9. Do you walk puppies?
Yes! We offer puppy drop-in visits to help with toilet breaks, feeding, and socialisation until they’re ready for full walks.
15. What should I provide for pet sitting visits?
Please leave out everything your pet might need, such as food, medication, leads, litter, cleaning supplies, and favourite toys.
If anything runs out during the booking, we’ll restock and add it to your invoice.
